I suddenly realized how close Christmas is now. Yikes! I've got to get going!
I have an entire day at home tomorrow - haven't had that in well over a week. (where's my :thud: emoticon?)
I need to plan things out.
Tomorrow I need to...
- Call Mom re: Christmas menu plans (and a couple other things)
- start grocery list for next week (specific Christmas dinner things...)
- Make bread for FIL Christmas gift
- package FIL's gift to be mailed on Friday
- Get DS's teacher's card/gift prepared for DS to take Friday
- Finish photo CD and package to mail to my brother
- Finish addressing Christmas cards - mail tomorrow or Friday
Household chores...
- take laundry off racks and put away
- empty dishwasher
- figure out dinner
- trim dog's toenails
- clean bathrooms
If still time...
- finish MIL's gift
- wrap more gifts
THEN - plan for Friday! LOL!

I don't even know what I need to do. Not really focused on that. Considering I host two Christmases, I really ought to get on that. I still have a DIY to do.

In my to do list, I have:
Get nibbles for an event tonight
Bits of present shopping etc (inc shampoo, conditioner, colour, baby wipes)
Dd home early tomorrow
Carol singing tomorrow pm
Contact sat am + mummies' party
K has friends' bday party sat pm
Strictly final sat eve
Church sun am
Lunch out sun
Prep for carol service (make christingles)
Wrap sister's family presents, Inc cards
Carol service sun at 6pm
Watch apprentice final sun eve
See sister etc on Mon
I'm stopping there!

I have to bake some treats….make graham cracker gingerbread houses with the boys, clean up my living room, work on my two week project (turning the really unused spare room into a candle and craft room…it sort of is but it's a disaster and not usable in it's current state)
I have to get out host christmas cards for business
and will that's it. we'll go to the candlelight service on sunday…maybe christmas eve service…watch a ton of christmas movies and generally chill out. I'm not cooking Christmas dinner…presents are done and wrapped…sort of I need to get the inlaws gifts out

I menu planned yesterday.
Grocery shopped this morning.
So pretty much I need to make dog treats... Bake off frozen cookies, make gf cookies, wrap Dhs gifts.
Everything else is pretty much done until the day of.
We have so much going on outside of the home I tried to get ahead where I could.
Leadership board party
Haircuts
Making cookies with the cousins
Lessons and carols service
Two Sunday services
Band practice
Then I'm free to hang with my kiddos u til christmas. Cannot wait until Monday!

I haven't even thought about it.
Take final stock of Christmas Presents (to make sure everybody has 4 & 1 from Santa)
Wrap Christmas Presents
Address Cards (tonight) & mail them (tomorrow)
Do print outs for our Random Act of Kindness in conjunction with our 100th day of school (the 23rd).
Not sure what else

I think I may have finished most of my Christmas shopping bar a trip to our local sweet shop to fill some jars and a store for baking ingredients for k.
Now we are chilling (although I need tea!)

I'm still traveling so all my Christmas To Do's will need to be done Monday-Wednesday next week.
Purchase a couple more gifts
Wrap EVERYTHING.
Buy mini wienies and BBQ sauce for Christmas night appetizers
Practice choir music for Christmas Eve (have missed all the rehearsals)
Practice french horn for Christmas Eve (also missed THAT rehearsal)

Today was my last day of school until after the first of the year and I was so focused on that that I didn't realize Christmas is next Thursday!
So, here's what needs to be done:- Finish buying gifts ~ mainly gift cards at this point
- Make dessert ( or, more likely, buy on the way) for extended family Christmas Saturday
- Make goodies for baby's daycare teachers gifts
- Work on take home ornaments for church preschool
- Serve/attend several Christmas Eve services next Tuesday and Wednesday
- Christmas Eve with family ~ just need to show up :-)
- Bake breakfast casserole for Christmas morning
- Enjoy lots of snuggles with this sweet baby while I'm home from work.

Now for tomorrow's...
- Send DS's teacher's gift with him to school
- Go to post office to mail packages, remaining cards
- Buy honey at store while out (need for making bread)
- just found out that we have a family Christmas dinner Saturday (in 2 days) - need to make rolls!
- Wrap gifts (only did a couple today)
- Write cards for neighbors (make bread as gifts if time)
Household Chores...
- Figure out dinner
- laundry
- cat box
- empty kitchen/bathroom garbage
- quick vacuum
- put up decorative plate I was given for my birthday (need to put it up before gift-givers come to our house next week!)
If time...
- Declutter/clean laundry room (aka our entryway)
- clean up playroom
