We're keeping our tv/internet bundle for another year (I review each year).
We have ATT U-verse. You?
I am NOT a tv junkie but I do like a good movie every now & again. I'd probably watch MORE tv than I do if I knew what was on.
What's the best way to figure this out? Look online for programming? We have a g'zillion channels .... that could take a while.
If you have U-verse, could you tell me what you like to watch ... maybe what Christmas movies are out there, AND what is the best way for me to plan ahead.
I am so NOT a channel surfer.
I can work the DVR thing, though. And I like doing that, because then I can watch what I want on my timing.
Thanks!

Not us. I keep thinking about trying Netflix but I change my mind. No cable, no satellite - if we watch something it has to be on network tv.

I like TV, but I absolutely do not watch movies.
We have cable. It has about a handful of English-language channels, but I do enjoy unwinding with TV.

Which means that outside of PBS kids stuff, we watch exactly 5 things. - Wheel of Fortune (better known as "Letters" in our house) - Jeapordy - Biggest Loser - reruns of Stargate SG-1 - periodically things on a channel that reruns lots of old shows (old original Batman and Startrek is primarily what we watch) Oh, and DH +/- kid(s) watch football when its on. Sorry I'm no help in how to plan department!

well look for stations like ABC FAMILY FX TCM (turner classic movies) Sundance HDTV if you are so included Lifetime (butI don't ever watch that channel) TBS (comedy) TNT (drama) A & E (sometimes movies, sometimes shows) VH1 shows movies now too depending on how many VH1 channels you have I think its VH1 classic that does movies I have direct tv and a TON of channels.
