Just ordered the 21 Day Fix today and planning to start the first week in August. Has anyone used this program? I have way more weight to lose than I care to admit ~ yet again since I've been close to my ideal weight several times and then gained it all back. Anyways, it looks like a plan I can easily live with. A variety of whole foods are encouraged. I've been busy pinning recipes on Pinterest!

I look at a couple times a year but i haven't gotten it yet. You'll have to let us know what you think of it after you have tried it.

It looks simple and healthy. I know DH has been thinking he wants to try. Have to look into it and maybe try this along with you!

I have been intrigued by this system. I cannot spend any more money towards diet programs - my own rule now. I've spent more than I care to. I did find this blog: DIY 21 day fix My dd & I might attempt this once I read more about it. The blog has another post about how to use your own containers. Easier once you know what the portion sizes are that the original system uses.
