since Tuesday! I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but for me that is BIG! Now, we are having chocolate bumpy cake tonight, but I am very happy with my progress, so I'm just have a tiny piece and then back to it tomorrow! Next week, is get rid of white flour week - no bread or pasta or stuff unless it is gluten free (and very little of that either!). I want to do the Whole 30 but I am trying to work my way up. It's weird. The first couple days of no sugar, I felt really depressed. I feel better now (well, besides our current family crisis stuff).

Tomorrow will be day 7 no sugar, no carbs, no caffeine.
It has been a challenge. Lots of berries & almonds.
I have cake planned for next weekend. Keep up the good work!

Sometimes, and I do say sometimes, going cold turkey is easier for me because it eliminates the variables and the portions and rationing. "Sometimes" I'd rather have NONE than just a reasonable portion.

I can't do a bite of cake or pie or ice cream so I have to do none.

I can't do a bite of cake or pie or ice cream so I have to do none. Exactly. Or just one chip or tasty cracker or slice of garlic bread.

Good for you for making those changes! I can't have a bite or only one of anything. You go, Girl!
