So, at the beginning of April I tried to do this shake diet and ended up getting sick after the first week with some "off" mix. I was less than enthused and I sort of just lost all momentum. Add in my dad's illness and all the traveling back and forth, and I completely fell off the wagon and rolled off the trail completely! lol
So, I am going to get back into gear.
My health goals this week are:
1. No sweets or pop 2. Write down everything I eat 3. Do 3 strength/interval workouts 4. Do my regular yoga 5. Walk 30 minutes every day 6. Take my supplements 7. Be in bed asleep by 10:30 p.m.

I need to do the same Bronte. I have fallen off the wagon and I am up atleast 5 pounds. I have not been to curves in 6 weeks. It started when my dad went in the hospital and I got off my routine.

I hope it goes well! I am mostly still on the wagon but I feel like a passenger more than the driver. I have a goal in mind. Going to eliminate a few things and see where it goes. Just over a month til school ends and then it will be trickier for me

Okay, I think the wagon rushed on by me before I could climb on! lol Last week was AWFUL!!! I did NOT drink pop all during the week though so that was a positive! My goal is from now until Father's Day: no sweets, no white stuff (sugar, flour, etc.), and no pop. As far as exercise goes, my goal is yoga every morning, 30 minutes walking every day, and 2 strength interval sessions this week. I will write down what I eat - that always helps; and I will take my supplements (did better this week with that too, I guess). We'll see what happens. I will try to check in here so I have some accountability!
