Toward Men?
i have been doing low-impact walking dvd's (mainly Leslie Sansone) for a couple months and I would like to find something that might be more appealing for an older man. DH has a birthday coming up and I am trying to gently encourage him to get up and exercise with me. He is 55 now and used to run marathons. His back acts up sometimes, and he is just not the bouncy, perky type.
Any ideas?

Not specifically for men, but Gilad has some low-impact. Gilad I like to request exercise dvd's from our library to try before buying. Maybe that's an option for you?

Not DVDs but fitness blender has some great low impact video and they are all free. Sometimes it's the woman showing things, sometimes the man, and sometimes both. I love their videos.

Thank you both for your suggestions. I will definitely look into both ideas.
