Please pray that I will stick with it. Time for myself is my biggest struggle. I really need to lose about 30 lbs, at least. I just struggle with rushing, busy-ness, making quick meals for all of us, and not having time for exercise.

I will pray for you! I've set a new goal for myself today too. I'm going to *try* to get out for a walk or bike ride at least 6 times a week.... and to cut sugar out of my diet.

I was doing well Monday through Wednesday. But today, we had a sedar meal with a group of friends and had desserts and lots of other foods. Because of school and cooking for the sedar tonight, I never exercised today. Must start back tomorrow!!!

Starting back again tomorrow is the most important part.
I am trying too. I lost 20lbs last year, and I need to lose another 20lbs this year. So far I've just hovered. April is a good month for eating fresh fruits & veggies and walking!
