buffalo chicken dip by monkeymommy buffalo chicken dip
This recipe is pretty forgiving and I don't think I've ever made it exactly as written, but it comes out great anyway! Lowfat products work just fine if you are watching your waistline too. Ingredients 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, (about 2 pounds), boiled, drained & shredded with 2 forks 1 - 12 ounce bottle of Frank's Hot Sauce (try to get this brand only, Crystal is so-so but do NOT use Tabasco) 2 - 8 ounce packages cream cheese 1 - 16 ounce bottle of Ranch dressing (you can also use bleu cheese dressing) 1/2 cup chopped celery (I skip this) 8 ounces shredded Monterey Jack or sharp Cheddar cheese or combo thereof
Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 13x9x2 inch baking pan, combine the shredded chicken meat with entire bottle of Frank's hot sauce, spreading to form an even layer. In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream cheese with entire bottle of Ranch dressing, stirring til smooth & hot. Pour this mixture evenly over the chicken mixture to form a 2nd layer. Sprinkle celery over top. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then sprinkle cheese over top and bake uncovered for another 15 or 20 minutes til hot & bubbly; you don't want the top to get browned or it will be hard. Let stand 10 minutes before serving hot/warm with celery sticks and/or any sturdy dipping chip like Tostito Golds. __________________

Seven-Layer Dip by Tricia Seven-Layer Dip
is our favorite for things like this.
Here are the layers, in the order of bottom layer to top....I use a 13x9x2 pyrex dish, so you can see the layers. I have also seen this in a round glass deep dish.
1 can refried beans
8 oz sour cream, mixed with one package of taco seasoning
1/2 pkg shredded cheddar cheese
guacamole/avacado dip spread (3-4 avacados or 1 container of dip)
1 pkg shredded monteray jack cheese
second half of the pkg of shredded cheddar cheese
chopped tomatoes (2-3)
1 small can sliced black olives
I serve with tortilla chips. __________________

Hearty Hero Supper Sandwich by Linderlou I got this from a local news channel's recipe site. It seems perfect for a Super Bowl party, doesn't it?
Hearty Hero Supper Sandwich
Ingredients
One long loaf of Italian or French bread, sliced horizontally into two 1/2 pound baked ham or turkey ham 1/2 pound provolone or muenster cheese 1/4 pound Salami Tomato slices Red onion rings 1 bell pepper, cut into strips Leaf lettuce Salt and pepper to taste Instructions
Make a shell out of the bottom loaf of bread, leaving 1/2" thick sides. Spread a thin layer of dressing on of bottom and sides, and coat underneath side of top loaf. Set top aside. Lay provolone slices into bottom and spread with some dressing. Top with ham, salami, tomatoes, onions, peppers and lettuce, making sure to spread some dressing onto each layer as you go. Make more layers until you run out of filling. Fit top onto bottom and press together. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and chill 1-8 hours. Cut into wedges with serrated knife. Basil Vinaigrette
Ingredients
This makes enough for one long sandwich. If you want extra for serving on the side, double the recipe.
1/2 cup red wine vinegar 3/4 to 1 cup olive oil 1/2 cup chopped black olives 1/2 cup diced onion 2 teaspoons or so dry basil 2 teaspoons or so minced garlic 1 teaspoon oregano Blend vinegar and oil together. Add everything else and blend well.

Chicken enchilada dip by SandKsMama Chicken enchilada dip
(From Allrecipes.com)
1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened 1 (8 ounce) jar mayonnaise 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chile peppers 1 jalapeno pepper, finely diced
(I used 4 oz. of mayonnaise and 4 oz. of sour cream. I also added 1 packet of taco seasoning, and left out the jalapeno pepper)
Place chicken breast halves on a medium baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 20 minutes, or until no longer pink. Remove from heat, cool and shred. (I actually just boiled the breasts, then cooled and shredded them - it was faster than baking)
Place shredded chicken in a medium bowl, and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar cheese, green chile peppers and jalapeno pepper. Transfer the chicken mixture to a medium baking dish.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven 30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown

Not really bean dip... But it sure is good!
1 block cream cheese- spread it on the bottom of 11x7 pan 1 can chilli (we prefer hormel turkey no beans)- spread over cream cheese 1 pkg cheddar cheese (we prefer cabot, we'll shred it ourselves!)- spread over chilli
Bake on 350 until bubbly! Serve with tortilla chips __________________ steph

Cheese ball .....Don't know the name but mmmmmmm 8 oz package of cream cheese about a 1/4 of onion maybe a little more about a 1/4 green pepper teaspoon of seasoning salt Can of crushed pineapple - drained.
Mix all together, form ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let sit in fridge.
I think it is best served with honey wheat crackers, you know the long thin ones.
