I'm a mom of five, four of whom are graduated. We've hsed for 27 years now. We live on a cattle and sheep ranch, high in the mountains of CO. I enjoy reading and quilting, and all things Scouts.

Welcome, heartcross!!! 27 years is amazing! We're almost done with year 5 and I am feeling pretty proud of myself for that . . . LOL! I hope you'll feel comfortable jumping in, not just on the homeschooling board, but all over the place. This is such a great site and these ladies are so wonderful and supportive! |

Your life sounds absolutely lovely! I've always wanted to see Colorado!
With all your experience homeschooling, I'm sure you'll be a great blessing to us who haven't been with it as long (5th year for my family).

We live in a truly beautiful place--high mountain valley, surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Lots of whitewater, skiing, hiking, biking, riding. I always tell my Scouts that they live in Scout paradise!

Welcome! We also live on a cattle ranch (very small though), but unfortunately not in the CO mountains! LOL! I also homeschool and love to read and quilt!
