Hello friends. I made a big mistake today. I've been so good for so long, so I'm trying not to beat myself up to much. I blogged about it to try to make sense of it here bit.ly/1x5GXb2Can any of you relate? What's your trigger food?

Awe, don't beat yourself up. It happens.
I think that it just depends on my mood, but some of my bigger trigger foods are probably cupcakes and salt & vinegar chips.
I just have to say no. I've been doing good at saying no lately, but fairly recently I was way too liberal with my yeses!
I ate out with my son yesterday, and chips came with my wrap, but I didn't eat them. Then, last night, I only ate three of them! And, proof that you can "just eat one", I only hate one this afternoon. Wonder how long I can make that single serving baggie of chips last, lol.
Don't stress too much about it. Life can't be perfect. Hope that they were, at least, yummy.

Yup, they were yummy for sure! Wow, you have quite the control, a couple at a time...impressive! I've been looking at a creme de menthe cake in the fridge at work all week and it has been offered to me daily...it has nearly killed me to decline, and then I eat chips. Life can't be perfect, you are so right!
