Which is totally backwards for me (as you know). I usually don't mind storm and we can always use the extra money. We have a big storm moving in today and lasting 3 days.
Thursday is our appt with the specialist....one and half hours away (roughly 70 miles). That's a long way in messy weather. I can get as far as my FIL's and he will drive the rest of the way, but that's still an hour on a few iffy roads. Plus, DH really wants to be at the appt. And we've had a lot of storm recently. I guess the Farmer's Almanac was right...we are in for a long, snowy, stormy winter.
So I'm really, really praying that if there is storm duty, it is short and he can come home for Thursday. But if there is storm, it will probably go until the weekend. :/
