Ladies, if you've been following my blog at all, you may have recently read that I was competing in a 24 hour adventure race in Las Vegas last week as my weight-loss celebration milestone. I've lost 85 pounds and am working toward 100, but when a much younger and more fit cousin invited me to join her, I could not say no because now I am strong, confident and fully alive!
