I'm going to try the 17 day diet that some shared awhile ago. The one blog they had shared is getting ready to do a challenge starting next week and I think I'm going to do it. I need to do something. One of my problems is being very gun-ho about something up until the night before and then when morning comes I suddenly lose interest. I'm praying that will not be the case this time. here is the blog if anyone else is interested in joint or learning more : 17ddblog.com

I failed, miserably. I did learn more about my triggers. For better or worse, work is one of them and I wasn't equipped to handle it.

When I finally decided to try and loose weight....I couldn't do everything all at once (vitamins, exercise, water, smaller portion sizes, no bread, etc)
So I started with one thing....and did that for several days....then tried adding another. I might yield slower results, but at least it was something i could stick with.

Lucy, I think you make an excellent point. Baby steps might be the long lasting course to take.
