I have not been at Curves now for almost 2 weeks. I need to return and get back to it. I was not feeling well so I stopped. Tomorrow I am back exercising. Who else needs to get back in their exercise routine? It is so hard to return once you get out of the pattern. So, join me fighting back if you have stopped exercising

My steps are way down I have wanted to add yoga and some kettle bell work. Just a little bit will help.

I WAS getting back into routine quite nicely - until whatever happened to my back a few days ago! ARGH!
I suppose meanwhile I have at least been walking a lot (in my house, at work...) - because walking is one of the few things that actually helps in pain relief...
Hopefully I can restart my real exercise routine again soon...

I've not been keeping up my steps. It's hard when I have my niece here and it's freezing out. It will be better once it thaws and we can get outside or even warms up enough for us to go to the mall and walk.
I have been doing spin once a week and have added a zumba class. Debating on taking Zumba twice a week.

I'm way off my normal exercise routine.

I'm finally back to doing yoga most morning, and the poor dog has been horribly neglected this winter. I have finally been walking him again most days (when it isn't under 15 degrees - that is my cut off!). I feel SO much better when I move than when I don't - much more alert.

Me for SURE! I don't get to gym nearly as often as I like, then I over-think what I want to do and end up doing nothing. Boo.

I tried doing some walking dvd's in January and February......i wasn't consistent enough, or challenged enough.
Did 20 miles on bike this weekend, did 20 miles last night....(indoor exercise). I am trying for 100 miles a week.
I do flap my arms about, and do some arm weights for a minute here and there throughout the routine

Starting today! I have set up a mini goal with a friend. Our first goal is to be in better shape by April 13th for a hike. I am sadly so out of shape/overweight that the short hike will be a challenge. Today I am going to do walk away the pounds, and start monitoring intake calories.

I've never had a normal exercise routine, but I need to get one. For almost a year and a half our family cleaned a 10,000 sq. ft. office space 3 times each week. I didn't feel guilty about not truly exercising because of that. We had to stop doing it because they lost the employees who were our back-up, and we weren't an official service having subs when we couldn't be there.
We are going to get an elliptical machine given to us late next month, so I'm hoping to get more regular with it.
I did lose 30 pounds last spring and have kept it off without exercise, so maybe I'll lose a little more if I can do it regularly.

I was doing great the last couple weeks running outside until winter came back with a vengeance. Nine inches of snow insures I'm back on the treadmill...ugh.

25 minute walk today! It has begun. I've got some good motivation now. My dd took after my mom and her side of the family. She is 5' 9" and weighs more than me or her daddy, who takes after his thin side of the family. Her senior pictures are in 6 weeks, so she'd like to lose some weight. She struggles with wanting to and taking the initiative to actually do it, so I'm just going to do my best to make her do it. She'll thank me later, right?
My plan is to for her to cut out most sugar and go lower carb, but not super low. That's how I lost 30 pounds last year.

I may have to come up with an indoor exercise plan. Dd and I both have had allergy symptoms since taking the walk outside. I wanted to again today, but my nose is a faucet at the moment. Hoping the allergy medicine will kick in soon!

The orthopedic surgeon released me to walk, IF there was no ice or snow on the ground. Once today's melts, I will give it a try… This week! Need to get back to it! 3 months since my fall, plus I was not really walking much since Nov b/c of the cold…. Should be interesting seeing what my stamina is like….
